La Voile, “the sail” in French, is a small authentic french brasserie and an import from the South of France. Known as ‘La Voile au Vent’ (the Windsail), it was one of the oldest & most appreciated restaurants in Cannes, with it’s clientele ranging from sailors to celebraties. Situated on the old port, it was the meeting point of it’s classic boat sailing community, explaining it’s nautical theme. Décor and staff were all brought over, hence it’s authentic french cuisine, service and atmosphere. Whiskey Park in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel not only makred Rande Gerber's first collaboration with designer Michael Czysz but it also gave Boston a night spot like it has never seen before.
